tranvienhy.com uses no advertising cookies and no trackers. Your light or dark choice is kept in your own browser.
Cases sent through the form
When you press "Send your case" (the form, or the ask bar at the bottom of the page), we keep: what you wrote, your phone or Zalo number, your name and email if you give them, the kind of matter, the page you sent it from, the time, your browser and a hash of your IP address (the IP itself is not stored; the hash only stops mass sending). It is stored on the site's server at Hostinger, outside the public web folder, and a copy is emailed to dung@hsyt.com so someone can call you back.
The only purpose is to contact you about your case and, with your agreement, pass it to the lawyer or tax agent who takes it on. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. It is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted; ask to see, correct or delete it sooner at dung@hsyt.com or 0935 990 138. The site uses no third-party tracking.
Questions you send
Questions sent by email or chat are used only to answer you. Law students see the case without names, phone numbers or document numbers. A case goes to a lawyer only with your consent.
Lawyer directory
The lawyer directory (in Vietnamese) reproduces the lists of law practices that provincial Departments of Justice (Sở Tư pháp) publish on their portals for public lookup. We publish only the professional details a list gives for the practice: name, form, registration number, head office, phone, email and the legal representative (a lawyer). ID numbers, dates of birth and home addresses are never published even where the original list has them; lawyers practising as individuals for one employer are counted, not named. Each page states its source, the list's date and the date we fetched it. The directory is alphabetical, not ranked or rated; a listing is not an endorsement, and Trần Viên Hy is not a bar association.
Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, anyone listed can ask for a correction or removal: use "Yêu cầu chỉnh sửa / gỡ thông tin" on the practice's page, or write to dung@hsyt.com. We act within 7 working days, and removed entries are not republished at the next update.

You can ask to see or delete what you sent through the contact page.
The Trần Viên Hy app
The Trần Viên Hy app (iOS, Android) is free, needs no account, and has no ads, tracking or analytics. It downloads the topic list and articles from tranvienhy.com as a web page would. The ask box sends your question, and any file or photo you attach, through our support server (trantuchy.com) to the people who answer; with it goes a random code the app makes, stored hashed, so the reply finds its way back to your device. We use this only to answer you; we don't sell it or use it for ads. Your language and theme choices stay on the device. You can ask to see or delete the conversation in the chat itself or at dung@hsyt.com; removing the app deletes its data from the device.
