Trần Viên Hy helps people, household businesses and foreigners in Vietnam understand their rights and duties from the law itself, and then ask a qualified person when they need to.

## What is here

## Asking in chat: three steps

1. **An AI assistant** answers at once, citing the law and its effective date. Questions it is unsure about are passed on, never guessed.
2. **Law students and doctoral candidates** review the answer, ask for missing facts and summarize the case, supervised by lawyers.
3. **Lawyers** take on what needs a lawyer: drafting, representation, disputes. They quote first; the first two steps are free for you.
